Carl Mann has been my mortgage broker for the past 2 years and I can't rave enough about him. He is the most dedicated Mortgage Broker I have had the pleasure of dealing with over the years. He is always quick to answer calls and emails and has a high level of understanding/experience and a fabulous way of communicating to me that I always appreciate.

Carl Mann has been our Mortgage advisor for a few services including moving our existing mortgage to a different bank and more recently selling our property, buying land and then building a new house. This included processing several payments during the construction process and handing the requirements that were needed by the bank like the land and finished build valuations. Throughout the process he has been quick to respond and always provides all the information you need so you are confident in what is happening.
